This trust was registered by the government of Nepal with registration no. 63/2049/2050 B.S. (1992). It is an NGO and located in Chagal tole Tahachal house no. 468/31 ward 13 KMC, Kathmandu, Nepal. It is a social organizer with allergy research theme. This NGO is independent trust fund raised by its board of director and donor agencies. It has its own fixed deposit in commercial bank, finance and companies. From this fixed deposit are being used for research work. This award was established by Dr. Durga Datt Joshi in 2049 B.S (1992) on the memory of his wife, the late Mrs. Kaushilya Devi Joshi. The award includes a grant of NRs. 10,001 with certificate.

The award selection committee under the chairmanship of Dr. Ananda Ballav Joshi, has selected best allergy paper titled “Pattern of Cutaneous Allergy in Dermatology Out Patinet Departmnet of Tribhuvan University Teaching Hosptial, Maharajgung, Kathmandu” among the other paper received.
